Can you post a full error message or even log file?

My house recently experienced an internet outage. After port 80 for regular internet had been opened up, there were still some problems. Most of the other ports were not working. After resetting the router, I managed to get instant messenging back. However, I still am unable to get SFTP and FTP along with a few other services that use other ports. My mother says that after the router was reset, she could get all of her services to work. My computer, however, is not able to run these things. When ever I open up WinSCP and try to connect via SFTP to my Ipod touch, I get error 127 and it asks if I am connected to an SFTP server. All of these services were working find before the internet outage (which I should not, followed on the heels of a 7 hour power outage.) How can I get this to work again. Thanks.
