OK, I guess the difference is in character set used. WinSCP does not support character set translation on transfer.

You know in excel you can save CSV file in two ways
1. CSV(Comma Delimiter)
2. CSV(MS-DOS)

So I saved a file CSV(Comma Delimiter) let say TEST.CSV(Comma Delimiter) I would like to FTP this file using WINSCP
once i FTP this file it should save in TEST.CSV(MS-DOS) format.

Thanks,
