Use Set defaults button on Stored sessions tab of login dialog.

Changing Default File Protocol from SFTP to SCP

Is there any way at all to change the default file protocol from SFTP to SCP in the .ini file? I would like all the users that will install this application to automatically have SCP as the default value in the file protocol drop down in the Session dialogue menu.
