We are testing with 4.0.7, using scp. I experience connectivity issues with other clients
as well, other protocals so we are reviewing the integrity of our connection now.

Just wanted to query the list to see if anyone has an immediate solution to intermittent
stalling in downloading files.

We have tried numerous setting configurations, and our experience varies, though,
tends to always border on timeouts and slow bursts of download, stall, download,
stall.

Barring a network connectivity problem, are there any settings that would enhance
download speeds beyond the default configuration ?
