I am using autosync, but the problem is that when the new data is copied into the same directory, I don't have an easy way to see which files were new. I could probably look at logs, but we're copying hundreds of files on the differential copy and that would be much too time consuming.

Differential copy

I've got about 300GB of data that I need to move and modify. While I'm modifying the files, new files are being added to the source, so I'm going back and syncing and copying only differentials.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can segregate the differential files? Can I change the date/time stamp so that I know the most recent are the newly copied files, or more ideally, can I sync files and have the diffs go into a different destination directory than the other files? Any/all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
