Just wanted to make sure you received my e-mail. Did I send it to the right account?

Re: Problem installing WinSCP407 on 32 bit Vista

Thanks. I've sent you an e-mail.

So far, Windows and my notebook manufacturer (Sony), haven't been able to address the issue either.

Re: Problem installing WinSCP407 on 32 bit Vista

Can you provide me your email address, so I can send you a debug version of WinSCP to track the problem? If you do not want to post the address here, you can send me an email. You will find it (if you log in) in my forum profile. Thanks.

Problem installing WinSCP407 on 32 bit Vista

when I try to install WinSCP using the 4.0.7 setup utility or even just try to run the binary after downloading it directly, I get the following error:

"The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. <memory address removed> Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."

Obviously, the session never starts. Has anyone ever seen this issue? If so, how do I fix it? Thanks
