Option "exclude" does not witk with "-delete". The reason is that the implementation would be problematic. I am aware that this is not documented, I'll fix that :-)

Folder filter using "option exclude" does not work in scripting with command "put -delete"

Folders are moved even if "option exclude */" is set. Without "-delete" put works as it should and no folders are transfered.
