Where do you click of ZIP file? In remote file panel? Do you double-click on the file? I suppose it opens in internal editor. If you intend to open the file in ZIP application, use File > Open or configure WinSCP to do open (not edit) on double-click.

Hello Everyone-

I recently started using WinSCP to track total calls that my company receives. However when i do click on the zip folder that holds the data it returns a bunch of jibberish. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
