Does any file mantains all user defined message ID?

I use WinScp v4.1.6. I want to add new message ID. But I found #define WM_WINSCP_USER (WM_USER + 0x2000) has been defined in source file. And many message ID references WM_WINSCP_USER. Does any file mantains all user defined message ID in WinScp project?
