Try to turn off any download accelerator or any similar application, if you have one, and download the file again.

:( Just downloaded winscp342 to my win2000 desktop. When I attempt to execute the application I get "winscp342.exe is not a valid win32 application". This is the first time I have download and/or executed this program.
