It is easy for this phenomenon to be reproduced with ..... tmp and ..... docx.

It slows in Winscp though the speed of the measurement 3MB in ftp goes out ..under about 10%...
Isn't it a bug of WINSCP?

Please teach linked Websites if it is possible to do.
It goes out only by 300 kilobytes in WinSCP though the speed of 3MB goes out in ftp.
