You cannot use custom commands for this. You can use scripting though.

Simple copy files from remote to local using custom commands
there are a lot of scripting examples in this forum, but i simply want to automate copy remote files from different directories into one local directory.
Simply using the integrated custom command editor-clicking command.
i tried to use put and get, but did not work in custom commands.
please give an advise, thanks a lot
