Could you add "recursive synch" and "no confirmations" to the function "keep remote directory up to to date", too?

Yes, I agree. WinSCP is an awesome tool and once recursive sync'ing is included, it will solve all my problems! Well okay, not all, but it will be even better!

Thanks for all the good work.

Well, that's your opinion. Not mine.
I do not know when I'll add the full synchronization feature.

How soon?

I've just found WinSCP's synchronization is not recursive. It is very bad for me. It makes this software almost useless for dummy users, and not so friendly for professionals

full synchronization feature

Hello,

WINSCP is a great software tool for secure file transfers! Congratulations.

One thing I'm currently missing are synchronization features like those from rsync. The implemented functionality is too poor for my requirements - sorry. So I'm still using rsync in the uncomfortable dos-like box. I searched for a windows gui for rsync but I didn't find one.

Do you plan to implement a more sophisticated directory synchronization?

My requirements are:

- full two-side (not only local as master) synchronization including subdirectories

- deletions of files and directories (by choice)

- conflict detection with options to resolve the conflicts by the user

Best regards
Jakob
