Winscp unable to recgonize files with chinese characters

Can someone help me? I was doing up my own personal theme then I wanted to ssh over to my phone, unfortunately those apps that were in chinese when I ssh over to my iphone directory it comes out funny character, I tried to rename but it prompoted me error. Is there any settings I can do?

For e.g my app name originally : 乐视视频.png After SSH : %C0%D6%CA%D3%CA%D3频.png
