YES,I'm able to connect with PuTTY.(Ver 0.6.0)
setting: protocol auto(UNSPEC)

My LAN support ipv6 closed network.
This environment cannot connect global ipv6 sites.
WinSCP version 4.3.2 doesnt fallback to ipv4.
