Question about storing key in ini file

My Setup:

1 FTP Server (WinSSHD)

Multiple Clients (WinSCP)

If I connect a client for the first time through the GUI, and click "Yes Trust this Host Accept Key", and have it set to save in the .ini file (not reg), from that point on, will I be able to have my script run without "If you trust this host.." prompt coming up? (Assuming I don't ever change that key).
