WinSCP Slow Uploads (Solved)

Hey everyone! Here at my place of work we use WinSCP for allot of different tasks. One of them is uploading data to our clients. I realized a few weeks back that our upload speeds within the network were on par. But when transferring to a client off site the speeds were terrible even though the client has plenty of download bandwidth and we have plenty of upload. So I started digging a bit. Ended up finding a registry setting which made a world of difference and wondering anyone has any input as to why. Here is the registry setting I had to use to get speeds up.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AFD\Parameters]
"DefaultSendWindow"=dword:0000fc00
