There's no way for WinSCP to be notified on changes of remote directory. So all it could possibly do, is to repeatedly read the contents of the remote directory.
You can achieve this by running synchronization script in a loops.

Keep Local Directory up to date

Hi,

I am looking to keep "Local" directory up to date rather than "Remote" are there any plans to build this into the command options within the GUI?
