Use WinSCp as stand alone file manager

I'm looking for a way to use WinSCP as a stand alone file manager, or perhaps use a program similar to it. I've used WinSCP for years, and feel quite handicapped now (I have no remote servers to access, all my development is done locally on my machine). Is there a way to use WinSCP with out connected to some remote machine, or is there another program that some one can recommend?

key features I like:
book marking folder locations
any file you open with in WinSCP is opened in one editor that you specify
being able to copy the full path of a file

Thank you for your help, I have googled and hunted around on my own and haven't found anything. So far muCommander is the closest I have found.
