Thanks for the feedback. It did end up being an issue with the proxy server.
I bypassed the proxy for the installation and re engaged it after. Works just fine.
What i meant by "does not show the contents" was that the GUI was grayed out and i could not read the installation process.

installing in a location with a proxy server

Hi,

I am having an issue installing the software on a windows xp pro machine running sp3. when i open the installer, does not show the contents. they have a proxy server and web filtering and i am wondering if that is the issue. they would need a url to set as a trusted site so i guess my question is what is that url?
