Continuing With A Download.

I've tried to find an answer to this question already but couldn't.

During the night, after some 24hrs plus of my downloading, frigging Windows closed down and restarted my computer. When I connected again to WinSCP, with the options, I think I chose 'Yes' instead of 'No', therefore making the download start from scratch again instead of continuing from where it had been. Can anyone tell me of the correct procedure so that I don't make the same mistake again?

Thanks a lot,

Cliffyboy
