Cygwin, OpenSSH, and Rekeying Feature

Im using the OpenSSH implementation for Cygwin. All though this may be slightly of the topic, I was wondering if anyone knew if you could use the SSH2 rekeying feature with the openssh version shipped with cygwin. Ive done extensive searching and really havent found an answer. Inside the sshd_config file located in /cygwin/etc/, I added the line RekeyIntervalSeconds 3600. The server started, however does anyone know if this really works?

Thanks :?: :?:
