Batch Script for editing remote files

Dear all,

is there a way to create a windows batch script file which I execute to open the win scp editor with a remote file?

By first workaround was to download the file, edit the file with the local editor and upload the file again. But how can I figure out,
whether the file is saved or not. So the best way would be a script that edits a remote file w/o letting winscp main frame appear (like
a console call)

Best regards and many greetings,
Hauke
