Wrong adjustment in Windows ME

Hi,
I posted about it some time ago, but you wrote something like "what is adjustment" ?
It happens on my Windows ME, in Windows 2000 it is ok. In other Windows versions I do not know. Please look at the picture below to see what a wrong adjustment is.
