Re: Timzone difference when viewing the files

SFTP uses GMT/UTC times. So, there's no timestamp "as it is on the server".
All you can do is to set your machive timezone to the timezone of server location.

Timzone difference when viewing the files

Hi team,

We are based out in India and trying to access our application servers in United Kingdom. When we are listing the files using WinSCP (SFTP) connection, it automatically change the time stamp of the file and add 5 hrs 30 mins (to our local time zone). Is there any option to disable this feature. We want to view the files with same timestamp as they are on the server. Please note this is while listing the file and not transferring it to local machine.

Version of WinSCP you are using - 5.1.3
Version of Microsoft Windows you are running WinSCP on. - Windows XP
Transfer Protocol - SFTP
Software of the server you are connecting to - Unix
