Hi,
The Filezilla server logs are identical to the file LogSession.
Sorry, I don't have more information to provide you.

Re: Could not retrieve directory listing

Thanks. I did not find any clue yet. Do you have an access to server-side logs?

Re: Could not retrieve directory listing

This problem occurs randomly and cut the connection to the FTP server.

Thanks for this reply

Re: Could not retrieve directory listing

Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you may email it to me. You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile. Please include link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have emailed the log.

Could not retrieve directory listing

Hi,
I use this version WinSCP 5.2.1 (running in Win XP, Win 7 and firewalls are disable) and Filezilla Server 0.9.41.
I have a problem with the synchronization of files, the messages appear randomly on GUI and scripting with Powershell (2 and 3):

"Timeout detected.
Could not retrieve directory listing
Connection accepted
Error listing directory"

Session parameters :
FTP with SSL/TLS Implicit encryption
Port 990
Passive mode
Synchronize parameters
Direction : Local
Mode : Synchronize files
Synchronize options : Delete files, Preview Changes
Comparison criteria : Modification time, File size
Transfer settings : Binary

Transfer runs with another FTP client and Filezilla Server as WinSCP and another FTP Server (CrushFTP)

The parameters of session can't be modified

Thanks for your answer
