WinSCP renaming file with different timestamp to FTP log

Hi

my FTP log file states that WinSCP will rename the source file to a certain timestamp, however during moving the file there is an "Error moving file '...' to 'new_...'. ("[source path]: The system cannot find the file specified. ")
When checking the import directory there is a file with a different timestamp that is 30secs or 1 min previous?

Could this possibly be to do with NTP being newly implemented on site, causing discrepancies with file timestamps? Any other ideas?

Any help greatly appreciated.
