problem connecting as user

Hello,

I'm running a serveur (RAQ 550) hosting several sites.
When I try to connect to my serveur with Winscp using my administrator login and password and giving my serveur IP in the "Host Name" field everything works well.

When I try to connect with Winscp as the webmaster of one of the hosted sites (using the relevant login and password) I'm asked for a session password, then (after providing this password) I got a message saying that my password is not valid. I replaced my serveur IP by the name (let's say for example toto.com) of the hosted site in the "Host Name" field, but got the same error message. So I thing I'm missing something obvious but I don't know what.

To make it short : How do the webmasters of my hosted site connect to their sites folders using Winscp ? (they can do it easily with programs such as Cute FTP so I'm sure it can easily be done with Winscp, but I can't make it work).

Many thanks for your help.
