Meanwhile you can type the name of new folder (even non-existing) on the Save session as site dialog manually.

New sites cannot be saved to empty folder on the sites list

WINSCP version 5.2.5 on Windows 7
On the last few version the option to order saved connections into folders have been present. It's a really nice
fature. However on the current implementation there is a bug, new connections cannot be saved directly to emty folders. The empty folder doesn't appear on the list of folder available to save the connection.
The new connection has to be saved on the root folder, and then moved to the desired folder.
If the folder already have connections inside it, then the new connection can be saved to it.

Anyways, thanks for WINCSP, a really good program.
