Re: "Synchronized browsing" greyed out

Sorry for the late answer - I haven't got a notification mail and stumbled upon my entry by accident...

"Synchronized browsing" greyed out

Hello,

I'm new to WinSCP but now that I have finished building my new PC I wanted to take the opportunity to get rid of my jurassic WS_FTP :D

I configured some of my regular FTP connections and everything is working fine with one exception: I want to use the handy "Synchronized Browsing" feature, but the checkbox is greyed out, so I'm not able to activate this option (see attached screenshot). I'm using the "Commander" interface. I typed in the "Remote directory" and "Local directory" paths which work as they should, but the synchronization of the local and remote dirs fails.

Are there some circumstances where "Synchronized Browsing" does not work?

OS is Windows 8.1 64 Bit. WinSCP 5.5.1 (Build 3970).
Thank you.
