Question Mark as a Special Character in winscp-ftp:// urls

Hey, I recently edited the wiki to include the question mark as a special character in the list of common special characters. It was reverted due to it not actually being a special character.

https://winscp.net/eng/docs/session_url#special

I wanted to make sure that I'm not misunderstanding, because when I introduce a question mark character into a winscp-ftp:// url in the username portion, and the url also has the password in it, then winscp will prompt for credentials unless I encode the character like a special one. Am I missing something?

Thank you for your time, and for the extremely useful software that I use hundreds of times weekly at my workplace.
