WinSCP nor IIS support FTP over SSH (it's hardly ever used). Do you mean SFTP or FTP over SSL/TLS?

Anyway, please attach both WinSCP and IIS log.

Unable to Transfer Files to MS IIS Server using FTP over SSH

Hi,

Using WinSCP V5.1.1 to transfer files via FTP over SSH, the error message 'no response' was received.

Moreover, the IIS log on MS server shows that there is error code for 'The specified network name is invalid'.

Please help.
