I installed the version of WinSCP contained in your link and it worked for both the GUI and Command Line.

Thank you so much!

I have sent you a wrong link initially. I've sent an update shortly afterwards with a correct link. You have used the wrong link. I'm resending the correct link now, just in case you didn't get it.

Yes; I do use the same credentials for the GUI and the command line.

I used the Dev build that you sent me but I run into the same issues.

The GUI doesn't get through the login.

The Command Line will allow me to connect and even download individual files (I downloaded one file in the log), but as soon as I attempt to download multiple files it hits me with the SFTP error.

Hope that this helps.

Thank you so much for the assistance!

Do you use the same credentials in script and GUI?

As for the packet size error, I'm sending you a dev build of WinSCP that can accept larger packets. Please send me a log file using this build in either case.

Here are the logs:
martin

Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

After some more experimentation:

I can connect to the FTP site, and I can download one file at a time just fine, but when I try to download more than one file at a time I receive the error noted in the original post.

Additionally, I don't receive this error with RoboFTP either (in addition to not experiencing it with Filezilla either).

Hope that is of help if anyone could assist me in troubleshooting this.

SFTP Connection Issues, But Not With FileZilla

Hello,

Issue:
I'm trying to connect through SFTP, but receive the following error - "Received too large (1425614 B) SFTP packet. Max supported packet size is 1024000 B."

This error occurs when trying to connect with the GUI. I can connect through the command line, but can only download one file. Any attempts at downloading more than one file produce the same error.

I'm running Version 5.5.3 on Windows 7.

I attempted to troubleshoot the issue using the documentation on the website, but was unable to reach any solutions.

Thank you for your time, it's very much appreciated.
