Re: cant copy NEW files only!
You probably do not have write permissions to the directory, but you have (over-)write permission to the files in the directory. Please check this.

cant copy NEW files only!
Hi,
I am logged in as web, as usual, and this time when i try to copy a NEW file onto the remote server (in html folder) it gives me this error->

Cannot create remote file "/var/www/html/file".
Permission denied.
Error code: 3
Error message from server: Permission denied (*)
Request code: 3

But i can replace existing files with out any error. And ya this is winSCP3.
