Can connect to SSH server Internally but not Externally HELP

Hey Everyone! I'm at a loss for what to do right now!

I have a SSH Server setup on a laptop here at work, and I'm able to sftp into it from within my network, but get Network Timeout errors from outside of my Network.

The Goods-

OpenSSH Server, setup to listen on my local IP 192.168.1.206 port 22.
The public IP for the whole network is 67.139.119.178. (Thus the port forwarding)

I'm also utilizing a username and password on my ssh server.

I have port 22 open for inbound/outbound traffic on the server firewall as well.

Like I said I can connect internally from any pc on the network, but not externally... What Gives?
