What does it mean "my file does not update"? Is the file really not changed on an SFTP server as the upload? Or does it change, but you still see the same file on a web?

I keep receiving this error, and my file does not update. Pleeease help!

If the problem persists, turn off setting permissions or preserving timestamp. Alternatively, you can turn on 'Ignore permission errors' option.
