Changing local directory from one session changes it for all

With GUI version in commander mode of WinSCP 5.6.4.4913
running on Windows 7 64 bits

When changing the local directory of one session, it is also change for all other not related sessions.

This problem affects the local directory, not the remote directory

Any mean to change local directory (Home directory button, click on .. icon, ctrl-H shortcut) has the same effect.

I am not supposed to have activated any particular fancy option, except by unticking the "Remember last used directory" checkbox
