Running a Locked Down version of WinSCP

I am trying to figure out a way to set up winscp for multiple people to use without having the ability to change anything under the tools menu ( v 5.5.6 ) I want to run logging for security issues but I dont want users to be able to access the Tools Menu to change anything. I have poked around the registry and have not been able to find a way to lock down access to the Tools Menu... Or at least block access to the Logging feature. Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks,
Steve
