In the hostname, can we configure more than 1 IP address?

There is a new requirement to connect to the third party but they have 8 dynamic IPs which may be changing from time to time.

Since we do not have a external DNS server to resolve the IP from a hostname.
We can only configure the IPs in the WinSCP session. But I was wondering instead of configuring 8 different sessions (script will check one by one which IP is the working one), is there any other way to simplify this method?
