If you have access too SSH server log, please check it. The server has probably some problem running the SFTP server.

I believe that there is a SFTP server. Why do you not think so?

Most of the current SSH servers support SFTP. What is your SSH server? The alternative method is supported with SFTP only too. SCP does not allow so start writting file at the end.

OK cool - will check it out - I'm wanting to pick up where I left off on an upload if I have to shut down & restart my comp, for example...

Re: Resuming uploads

So do you want to resume or append file? These are two different operations.

I have added chapter on resuming to documentation just now.

Resuming uploads

I looked through the forums, but I did not find the append option when I tried to resume a file upload.

I am not sure what version of SFTP I have, if at all

Any help is appreciated.
