Bug - Timestamp not preserved for downloaded folders

Hi! First time using WinSCP and first time here as well. I really like WinSCP. Just one issue I wish you guys could fix/address: WinSCP does not seem to preserve timestamp information for downloaded folders.

Currently, timestamp information is being preserved only for files when downloading from a remote server. However, when downloading folders, WinSCP ignores the original date/time and uses the date/time of the transfer instead.

I observed this after downloading a folder (and subfolders) with WinSCP 5.7.6.5874 using drag & drop (via "temporary folder" setting under Preferences) on Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit).

Thanks!
