Windows Installer does not request administrative rights

When installing (updating) WinSCP, the installer does not request administrative rights, so it fails when it's expected to begin.
Some installers signal to windows (7) that they need administrative rights right from the start. Most installers either request administrative rights during installation, or Windows 7 detects that automatically.
For WinSCP neither of the above applies. Sadly.
