SFTP - keep hidden file attribute when downloading

Hi, I am setting up a sync to my own server, and bumped into something that I think is either missed or maybe this should go to feature requests.
Using SFTP protocol version 6, WinSCP correctly shows 'desktop.ini' as hidden (gray colored in remote file list), so it does have information about the attribute. But when downloading files, this attribute is stripped and this file becomes non-hidden. I didn't find anything in options so maybe this isn't even implemented
Both server and client are windows boxes so there's no underlying unix fs
