Thanks. One more question. I've already copied my 47 GB of files to my FTP site. I assume the first time I run Synchronize it will go through all the files but it will faster because there's not upload time correct?

The Synchronize timestamp mode synchronizes timestamps, not files.

It's probably not what you are looking for. You most probably want the Synchronize files mode and the Comparison criteria > Modification time. What is selected already (and is the default).

First time user
I have uploaded my data files. I would like to run Synchronize to update them using the time stamp option but it's greyed out. See attached. What do I have to do?
