Problem of file last Changed Time
In 3.6.x and 3.7.4,I found that when I copy files to the server,the changed time is added by 1 hour,for example,
in my computer,the file last changed time is 2005-3-20 15:03:00,but in the server,it will be 2005-3-20 16:03:00!!
Then I can't use the Compare directories to find out
all the files changed.
Is this a bug?
