Host to Host Copy Issue

I am using WinSCP 5.7.7 on Windows 7 Enterprise. Using SFTP GUI

I get the below error when I drag a file from one host to another host tab and drop it on the tab. The file does not already exist on the host I want to copy it to. I removed the file path and replaced with BLANK as it is a company directory.

Command 'cp -p -r -f "Test.txt" "/BLANK/BLANK/Test.txt"'
failed with return code 1 and error message
cp: 0653-435 /BLANK/BLANK/Test.txt and Test.txt are identical (not copied)..

Thank you for your assistance.
