Re: Error downloading after cancelling the download before

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Error downloading after cancelling the download before

Hi,

My exact steps of bumping into this bug are as follow (SFTP protocol):
1. Selected all files on my ftp (5 folders and 10 files) -> right click -> download to a local folder on D:\ drive
2. Somewhere mid-download (30-40mb) I cancelled it
3. Removed 1 folder from my previous selection (now the size is ~4mb) and tried download again

Now the actual bug happens, folder scan before download begins does not progress so its stuck there. SKIP button doesnt work and the dialog cannot be closed so WinSCP has to be terminated with task manager.

Hope you can reproduce this bug and fix it.

Thank you.
