Intarnal Editor causes multi-byte character corruption

Internal editor causes multi-byte character corruption on WinSCP 5.9.3.

Conditions
- Shift-JIS(CP592) Encoding
- double-byte character near 2048th bytes from the beginning

I guess that WinSCP can not handle double-byte character across buffer boundaries correctly.

thank you.
