Re: Minor problem with ssh google two-factor authentication

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Minor problem with ssh google two-factor authentication

This bug occurs when you edit a text file locally(I selected notepadd++ as default text editor) and press the save button which cause the changes (new file) to upload on server which we connect through ssh 2-factor authentication.

when trying to upload changes at the first time it asks to login again (and I don't know why because we're not disconnected yet) and the bug is that at this time it not asks ssh password it requests 2-factor auth key at first (which regularly would be asked after getting ssh password not before) and then requests ssh password and then asks 2factor auth key again and sometimes even entering correct passwords and auth keys are being rejected.

my os: Windows 7 Ultimate (Service pack 1)
WinSCP version: 5.9.4(build 7333) with Explorer Style Theme
