Winscp keeps caching old js files, unable to view changes without renaming and replacing old file

Hey, I've been using WINSCP for quite some time now.
This is the bug I'm experiencing:
I open a js file, edit it, and reload the page - there are no changes.
Only if I rename the js file, and change the script name in the footer - then it work, but if I change it back to the original name the old one still works (although it's been deleted from the directory)
Is it a caching problem?
